This is Springbank Local Barley 2025. This year's release is made from Bere Barley, grown exclusively at Clochkiel Farm. This spirit is matured in 60% Bourbon casks, 40% Sherry casks. Springbank Distillery is famed for their craft, from malting to distilling, to ageing and bottling on site.
