Chichibu Red Wine Cask 2023 Release

Distilled by Ichiro Akuto's Chichibu distillery, one of the youngest distilleries in Japan. This expression was put down to mature in red wine casks for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings, at a strength of 50% abv.
